The land development process can be costly and lengthy without professional representation.   Our primary function is to prepare your land to undergo development, whether it is for a building, a parking lot or subdivision; and to ensure access, utility service, proper handling or stormwater runoff and to plan for soil erosion control measures during construction.  Once the site is properly designed to meet your needs, and the guidelines set forth by the municipality with the authority to approve the plan, we must then obtain that municipality's formal approve by following the process outline in the municipality's ordinances.
